Refund and Shipping Policy

At Oraib Pvt. Ltd., we value our clients' satisfaction and understand that sometimes, circumstances can arise where a refund may be necessary. As such, we have established a refund policy for our visa consultancy services to provide clarity and transparency to our clients.

All refunds are subject to legal agreements between the company and clients. It is important to note that refunds are not guaranteed, and each case will be assessed on an individual basis. Our policy is designed to provide guidance on when a refund may be appropriate.

Digital Goods

For digital goods, such as visa application guides or e-books, refunds are not entertained unless the digital goods are defective and are reported within three days of purchase. In such cases, we will either provide a refund or offer a resolution to the issue.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy applies only to courier and delivery charges and is determined on a case-to-case basis, depending on the client's needs and preferences. We work closely with our clients to ensure that shipping fees are fair and reasonable.

It is important to note that visa fees, insurance, and flight tickets are not included in our consultancy services, and refunds for these fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service providers.

Evaluating Refund Requests

When a client requests a refund, we will assess the request based on the specific circumstances of their case. The decision to grant a refund will be based on factors such as:

The reasons for the refund request
Whether the client has provided accurate and complete information
Whether we have failed to deliver our promised services or have made errors in providing our services
Whether the client has failed to provide necessary documents or has submitted fraudulent documents
Whether the client has breached any of our terms and conditions or policies
Whether the client has received a visa refusal due to factors outside of our control, such as changes in immigration laws or medical/criminal inadmissibility
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we determine that the request is not valid or if the client has breached any of our policies or terms and conditions.

Refund Process

If a refund request is granted, we will process the refund within 60 days of the request being approved. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.
